From today, the Voice of Emmy will become even significantly more configurable. It can be individually adjusted for each office: initial report and also whether we inquire about:

• surrogacy - “Are you calling for yourself, or on behalf of someone else?”
• registration - “And are you, please, our already registered patient?”
• number of the insured - we can find out never, always, only in registered patients or only if we are unable to confirm the patient's name
• Urgency - “And now to your request. Is it urgent because of a serious threat to health or life?”
• ambulance - the text at the end either can refer to the option to call 155 or not

Additionally, Voice of Emmy can function as part of an existing office switchboard, or we can supply you with a “mini-switchboard” that handles calls differently according to time conditions.
