Luke receives an email from Emmy telling him to book an appointment. He signs up and chooses next Tuesday at 10.15am.
Two days before the examination, he receives an automatic reminder sms from Emmy.
The doctor comes to work on Tuesday. By ordering on time, patients follow her well.
Lukáš is in the waiting room at 10.10 and in five minutes he goes to his turn.

Or Luke would bring the request, but the doctor would find out from it that it falls into category 2 and higher, so she can't examine him anyway.
