Public profile of the office

On the public website, patients will find basic information about your office:
- office hours
- address
- who is practicing
- link to your official website
- a list of all the requirements that you offer to patients
- the ability to easily set up brief updates from the doctor's office

After logging in to Emma from the clinic profile, patients will go straight to your office without the need for further selection.

Collection of requests from patients

Patients enter their requests into Emmy. All information transmission is encrypted for added security.

Import a file folder

From the outpatient software, you import basic patient data such as name, contacts and number of the insured into Emmy.
‍
Emmy will then compare the data from the patient he listed in Emmy and the data from the file cabinet. When sitting, you are sure that you are communicating with the person in question.

Patient Notifications and Automatic Responses

In Emmy, you can post holiday announcements or change opening hours. You also set up automatic responses in absentia.

Handling requests for relatives

If an adult wants to manage the agenda for the child or for the parents, they will (after approval by the offices) create a special type of account. One person can represent a maximum of 5 other people.

Integration with SmartMedix

You can easily open a patient in SmartMedix with one click from Emma, and vice versa — you can set up Emmy as an external SmartMedix program and thus allow opening a patient card in Emma with one click from SmartMedix.

In addition, when you open a card in Emmy by clicking from SmartMedix, the patient card in Emma is automatically created or updated.

Integration with PC Doktor, Medicus and other systems

You can connect the Emmy software with these software. Just one click in the outpatient software and the relevant patient tab will open for you even in Emmy. If you do not have this patient in Emmy yet, a card will automatically be created there. If you already have a patient card in Emma, but there is additional information in the outpatient software, such as a telephone number, the data in Emmy is updated.

Voice of Emmy - Robotic Voice Assistant*

Voice of Emmy is a service that allows patients to enter their request into Emma over the phone.

The service works on the principle of natural dialogue between the calling client and the robot. The call is guided by the robot based on a pre-prepared scenario, and thanks to human speech processing and language analysis based on artificial intelligence, the robot understands what the caller is saying and can respond appropriately. The output is then transcribed to the Emmys as another received request.

The service is charged at a flat rate. For a typical office, a flat fee of 1490 Kč / month incl. VAT.

Office hours and smart calendar

You set internal rules for each type of request. For example, for a preventive check-up, you enter a typical length of 20 minutes and mark prevention in orange for easy orientation in the calendar.
‍
Then you determine the rules for ordering -- how much ahead patients can order, etc. You will also set blocks in your calendar for acute cases and for prevention.

Editing requests

In Emmy, you will find pre-prepared typical patient requests (e.g. application for vaccination, prescription). You select from them those that are relevant to your patients.
‍
For each request, a questionnaire is prepared, in which the patient fills in the related information. You can edit these questionnaires and add/remove questions at will.
‍
If you are missing a specific requirement in the templates, you can easily customize it.
‍
You also prioritize requests. For example, a patient who wants to consult a medical problem has a higher priority than one who wants a referral to a spa. At Emmys, your requests are sorted by priority, so you're the first to solve the most important ones.

Labels

You can label patients according to different criteria (according to age, risk groups, etc.) for easier orientation.
‍
Labeling works both manually and automatically (in the outpatient software, you filter a group of patients, upload them to Emma, and they are automatically assigned a label).

Proactive patient invitations

Thanks to Emmy, you can easily invite patients for preventive examinations. In outpatient software, you filter out patients and import their insured numbers into Emmy. Then just send out mass invitations.

SMS communication, notifications and queries

You can automatically send 3 types of messages via Emmys:
‍
1. information about the date of the visit,
2. notice of the upcoming deadline,
3rd question with yes/no answer.
‍
For example, in sms you will ask if the patient is interested in vaccination. Yes/no answers are then automatically evaluated by the Emmys.

In addition, you can communicate freely with the patient via SMS with the fact that the messages are always written to the correct request and so you never lose track of the message.

You pay for SMS retroactively according to actual consumption - see below for more information.

Phrases

You will be provided with ready-made templates of typical messages that you send to patients (e.g. invitation to choose a date, etc.). Variables such as the date of the examination or the patient's name are automatically written into the templates. So although the messages are automatic, they look as if they were written by a human.

You can customize the templates to your liking.

Sending Attachments Safely to Patients

We use the same security as in internet banking. The patient will receive a file from you and an sms to him with a code with which he will unlock the file. This ensures that only the authorized recipient can access the data.
‍
The price of the tariff is 100 sms with code per month, the next one is paid separately. One outgoing SMS costs 1.50 Kč.

Unlimited representation

One person can represent an unlimited number of other people and handle requests for them. This function is typically used, for example, by staff in retirement homes.

Online payments

Do you want patients requesting confirmations or statements to pay you in advance? Or did they pay for vaccinations or other procedures or examinations and only then could they order? With Emmy, you'll allow patients to pay online without having to set up a payment gateway. In order for Emmy to automatically pair payments with patient requests, you need an account in Fio Bank which can be set up free of charge.

You can use online payments in three different ways:
1. You issue the document manually and the patient pays for it online at home. This cashless payment method can also be used in the office without the need to have a payment terminal. Emmy looks at the bank for the payment of the receipt herself.
2. Emmy issues the receipt automatically and only when the payment arrives, she forwards the request to the doctor's office.
3. With a link to the deadline — the patient sees the free deadlines, but completes the order only after payment of the automatically issued receipt.

Offer of earlier dates

Sometimes it happens that the patient cancels the appointment at the last minute. Or maybe the doctor drops the originally agreed program and decides to list new dates. Occupying them can cost quite a bit of effort with phoning potential patients. Or the terms will remain unfilled, which is uneconomical.

Thanks to the offer of earlier appointments, Emmy automatically alerts already booked patients to the possibility of an earlier appointment. If it suits them, they can reorder.

In Emmy, you can set in detail under what conditions and who you want to notify about the possibility of an earlier order - this will not cause patients to be bothered by too many offers.

Dates and summaries from Emmy automatically to decourse

The terms and summaries from Emmy are automatically transferred to your course in your outpatient software. In the outpatient software, you can also see who and when made what enrollment or change. It is enough to install From the Law (third party application costing 399 Kč per year).

Mass actions with requests

Do you need to invite 10 people to get vaccinated? You choose who they are and send them an invitation en masse through the Emmy and you don't have to call them.

Or if you get sick, send in bulk an information to all ordered patients not to go.

Choosing a specific doctor

If there are several doctors working in the office, the patient can choose who he wants to make an appointment with. You can make doctor selection available only for certain types of orders.

Emmy offers a comprehensive system of so-called. “macros”, with the help of which many common administrative tasks in the office can be automated. For example, you can automatically invite patients for regular check-ups or vaccinations, send more detailed instructions and reminders in advance (“Before blood collection becomes more difficult...”), and automate payments...
